Join us for a deeply immersive Sacred Sound gathering, where we explore the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and more.
This is not about learning to play instruments... it is about connecting to the energy of sound itself.
Together, we will gently tune into the vibrations, notice how different frequencies move through the body, and follow the natural flow of the sound as it rises and falls. This is a space of allowing, sensing, and softening.
Hands on, interactive session. Instruments provided for you to work with. You're welcome to bring a special instrument from your own collection if your prefer.
